Cookies
WealthSteer uses the minimum: one strictly-necessary cookie to keep you signed in, and no tracking or advertising cookies at all. Because of that, we do not show a cookie consent banner — none of our cookies require consent under PECR.
The cookies we set
- Session cookie (sb-…-auth-token): set when you sign in to a WealthSteer product or the account console. It keeps you signed in across WealthSteer sites and expires when your session ends. Strictly necessary — the service cannot work without it.
Analytics without cookies
Our marketing pages use Plausible Analytics, which is designed to be cookieless and privacy-first: it records aggregate page views without cookies, without persistent identifiers, and without tracking you across sites. Where enabled, Sentry records technical errors on marketing pages; it also sets no cookies. Neither runs inside the signed-in product or any client-facing screening.
Third-party cookies
We embed no third-party widgets, advertising or social plugins, so no third-party cookies are set by our pages. If a firm embeds a WealthSteer questionnaire on its own website, that website's own cookies are the firm's responsibility.
Managing cookies
You can clear or block cookies in your browser settings. Blocking the session cookie will sign you out and prevent sign-in.
